I am a professional with over 20 years of experience working in the telecommunications industry. I have a well-respected track record for the design and deployment of several mission-critical network solutions locally, regionally, and internationally across financial, government, educational, media, hospitality, and other verticals.

I am skilled in Wi-Fi and RF Technologies, Network Engineering, Managed Services, Network Security, Business Continuity, SD-WAN, Technical Sales, IT Service Management, and IT Strategy.

I am passionate about my family, my company, my team, satisfied customers, and the role that a well-designed and implemented communications infrastructure can play in competitive advantage and operational efficiency.

Shannon Curran


Shannon Curran

As the Regional Major Accounts Director for Strategic Accounts at Fortinet Latin America and Caribbean, Shannon Curran is responsible for developing key customer relationships and evaluating strategic prospects in the region. Shannon is a highly-skilled professional with a focus on security strategy, able to cater to each customer’s individual needs and business objectives thanks to her market experience and knowledge of Fortinet’s product portfolio. She has more than 20 years of experience developing revenue growth strategies, driving key networking and security projects, developing advanced customer solution sets and delivering customized seminars.

Before joining Fortinet, Shannon worked in high-end technology sales for other leading cybersecurity and communication companies. She joined Fortinet in 2011 and has made a significant impact, spreading brand awareness and improving both internal and external communications.

Shannon graduated from Indiana University Bloomington and holds bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and Psychology. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

In her free time, Shannon enjoys outdoor activities, like hiking. She also loves reading, traveling, gardening, and volunteering in her local community.



Emmanuel Oscar

As the Systems Engineering Manager for the Caribbean at Fortinet Latin America, Emmanuel is responsible for managing a team of Cyber Security Systems Engineers throughout the Caribbean fostering and prioritizing regional sales activities that are in alignment with overall business objectives through leadership and engineering-sales skills. A passionate security practitioner with over 15 years of security experience, Emmanuel enjoys all façades of security, which codify his experiences in the US Army to lead, succeed and deliver results. His affinity for the Caribbean, led Emmnauel to join the Fortinet Caribbean pre-sales team in 2016 as Regional SE English Caribbean under LATAM providing pre-sales engineering activities to commercial accounts and assisting Fortinet partners grow and promote the Fortinet security brand among their customer base in the Caribbean. Eight years before joining Latin America and Caribbean team, Emmanuel served as Lead Professional Services Engineer for Fortinet delivering security solutions to global customers across all market segments. In 2015, Emmanuel received the esteemed, “FortiChamp”, award for successfully delivering key projects for the organization.

Prior to joining Fortinet in 2008, Emmanuel served as consultant assisting state and local governments develop their security, business continuity and incident response plan to address gaps in their response to natural calamities, man-made and cyber threats. He also worked on Wall Street delivering security solutions to financial institutions, brokage houses and early mobile trading platform.

Emmanuel is a graduate of Capitol Technology University where he received a Msc. in Information Assurance and prior to, he graduated from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical & Aeronautical Engineering and served in the US Army as a Nuclear, Biological, and chemical Warfare Specialist.

In spare times, Emmanuel enjoys the outdoors and performs volunteer work for rural communities.

Bradley (Brad) Ford has a strong product management background in the telecom and networking environment with a focus on adapting new and emerging technologies into customer solutions across multiple market segments.

After driving successful products in the small and medium business as well as residential services markets with a lengthy career at Nortel Networks, Brad has also consulted on products in the mining and aerospace industries before returning to the unified communications space with E-MetroTel.

Saul Baniquez


Saul Beniquez

Saul Beniquez joined RUCKUS CALA about 3 years ago. He occupies the role of SE Director for the CALA region. In that capacity, he is responsible for representing CommScope RUCKUS Enterprise in CALA from the pre-sales engineering perspective.

Although he is currently focused on CALA territories at wide, he has been in recent years greatly focused in Caribbean and Central America IT/Telecom markets. Prior to joining RUCKUS; Saul was working as CALA Business Development manager for an IoT technology company called Ingenu; prior to that worked with mobile devices companies such as BlackBerry and Motorola.

With over 20 years in the CALA connectivity market, he brings a variety of experiences beyond pre-sales engineering, in areas such as wireless converged technologies, IoT, mobile devices but also as an enabler of the integrator partner channels and reaching and helping end-users in the region.
